We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Products showing signs of use, damage, or wear will not be accepted.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used knee compression sleeves are not eligible for return or refund. Returns are accepted only for unused products in resalable condition.

Once your return request is approved, our support team will share return instructions. After the product is received and inspected, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item sent by us.
