All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 24–72 business hours after order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, the delivery time generally ranges between 3–7 business days, depending on your delivery location and courier service availability.

We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery orders, a small additional handling charge may be applied to cover logistics and payment processing costs, if applicable.

After your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via SMS or email so you can monitor your delivery status in real time. To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please make sure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete while placing the order.

While we work with reliable courier partners to deliver your order on time, delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. However, our support team will always be available to assist you with tracking updates and delivery-related queries.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please email us at globalsurgicarebusiness@gmail.com with your order number along with clear images or videos showing the issue. Return requests sent without proper details may not be approved.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Products showing signs of use, damage, or wear will not be accepted.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used knee compression sleeves are not eligible for return or refund. Returns are accepted only for unused products in resalable condition.

Once your return request is approved, our support team will share return instructions. After the product is received and inspected, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item sent by us.
